Children need a strong foundation in God’s Word to understand who God is, how deeply He loves them, and how to love God and others. They also need to develop faith-based social emotional learning skills that equip them to:

  • Identify and manage their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Make wise and responsible choices.
  • Face life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
  • Understand that many people experience learning, behavioral, or mental health challenges. These challenges do not define who we are. Rather, they are part of our unique experiences and can help us develop greater understanding, empathy, perseverance, and compassion for ourselves and others.
